“rubbish customer service”

ordered an item on 23rd November 2016 for a Christmas present, they stated would be in stock on the 18th December, they would contact me if there was any problems with order. I had to ring them on the 20th December to find out where my order was. They informed me that the had not arrived and would becoming in to stock 6th January 2017, the lady said " I should have received an Email stating this but when she looked on to the account ne Email had been sent. By the 20th December it was to late to order from any where for Christmas so I said "ok, it will have to be ok". The 7th Jan came and I receive another call telling me that the was no longer going to stock the Item.
