Having ordered a blanket from Ride-away only for their transport company Hermes to lose it. We have now had to buy the item elsewhere. I have tried to get my money back, only to be told I couldn't have a refund until they know where the item is! If the company they use for transport doesn't know where it is, how am I supposed to know. Very disappointed with the whole situation. I still haven't been told when I'll get my money back. Will never use Ride-away or Hermes ever again
