I ordered a rug on 13th may, web site said it was in stock. They took my money the next day and I received a confirmation email saying rug would be despatched via parcel force. After 2 weeks no sign of rug, I have phoned and left lots of messages, no one ever answers the phone, I have also sent numerous emails and have written. Eventually emailed saying I wanted to cancel order. I did get a reply with a poor excuse saying how busy they were but they would give me a refund. A week later still no refund, I received another email saying that the accounts department have a 3 week back log and would sort my refund soon. Pity they didn't take 3 weeks to take the money from my account!!

I've had the same issues. After waiting more that 4 weeks for my product which never showed, called to canel, and again can only leave messages they got back to me saying they will cancel the order. Got my credit card bill through and no refund and this is now about 4 weeks since i cancelled the order. Totally poor customer service. So now out of pocket and no product!!!
