It is totally a bait & switch operation

I was quoted $180. for my Iphone 4s which was in near mint condition.
It took about a month for the company to say they received my phone. When
I called (long wait every time), I was told the phone was only worth $100. I had
included ear buds and charging cable with the phone.

I hit the roof, and was told that the phone had dropped in value since I sent it in.

Sell your iphone back to Apple, or your store ( verizon, etc.) It will be much less
aggravation, and more straightforward.

This company is not honest. They lie about value, and the condition of phones.
I would advise everyone to stay away!!!
