“Faulty items, no refund and lying customer service”

I bought an item that was faulty straight away, returned it, they confirmed in store it was faulty, swapped for another item which was also faulty straight away! They point blank refused to issue me a refund. When I complained to customer service they said the item wasn't faulty!? So they were willing to lie to my face to get out of refunding my £52.00, I think that says it all.
Shocking customer service, ridiculous terms and conditions, I regret ever shopping here, wish I had never bought anything.
I would highly recommend you buy your items from elsewhere.
