It is now ll months that I joined this company, from day one I have experienced problems with my electricity account and the completely shambolic way in which they attempted to resolve the issue. We tried to get them to give us the figure that we owed them they were unable to works out usage. Contacting them was a nightmare we spoke to them on the phone after waiting anything up to an l hour. I will never recommend them to anyone. even my enemy. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and they bring all set of rules, for you not to be able to go to another supplier. I wouldn't even give a star if I didn't have to. This company is an absolute joke. Please do not even waste your time. I have provided untold readings to them and somehow they manage to enter the data wrong, I then switched banking details and the direct debit did not go through for a few months, on investigating, they had entered the wrong details AGAIN! I have been with isupply one year and have just switched to a cheaper supply. I usually switch suppliers regularly and therefore have been with quite a few energy companies. This one has been by far the worst. I have given them regular monthly electricity and gas readings, some they have not accepted although they were perfectly in line with expected usage. There was a glitch in the switch to them but they did not inform me and continued to set up and take direct debits. They take forever to answer the phone and they do not respond to messages you post online through your account even though they seem to promote this means of communication. A dreadful company to deal with, appalling customer service. They failed to send me a contract renewal and, despite me reminding them of this fact several times, I decided to move my business elsewhere - to a company that would talk to me and respond to my queries for example. My electricity account with them closed on the 28th June and they've continued taking money from my account even after the account close date. I would advise you if you havent already done so go to citizens advice they have a dept. Called escalations that will help you re your legal standing. The ombudsman recommended them to me. Do not let them keep your money it us both immoral and illegal.

Wont setup a direct debit when they open a new account if you have moved into a property already supplied by them. After I setup and account with them I kept an eye on the online account and made debit card payments (that are charged extra) after checking my bills that were estimated and in the third month after i realised i was over due tried to raise a complaint and get a direct debit setup. Please do not go there!!! Switched last year due to price. Used this company when first started and they were good. Returned last year for three year fix and it has been very fractious. They do not answer correspondence , will not refund monies owed, and deny receipt of letters sent in the post. Nothing good to say as Customer Service non existent. NO STARS This company are best avoided unless you want a load of AGGRO. I enrolled onto a community dual energy program with them last November. I had a small issue whereby I had had storage heaters and my electric had been on economy 7 three and a half years ago and I always have to explain this whenever I change energy supplier.
