Switched to isupplyenergy in July 2013. Energy received from 1 September 2013. Instantly saved money.
Now using more units on economy 7 and the new contract from 1 September 2014 is reduced on night units, slight increase on day units. So I will save more!
Emails via the website are answered efficiently.
No complaints. Would recommend IF you have economy 7.
It's also a very easy website to use especially the meter reading part.

You are so lucky... Have you read the other reviews?. I am leaving them in a hurry
after 2 years of aggro. I cant get reply to my messages to them and phone cuts off. Nothing in customer service has changed in 2 years. I would love to know how you get emails answered efficiently because nobody else does. (see reviews)

Also been with them some time. Their customer service is slow for sure but it does work, they are very polite and UNDERSTANDABLE on the phone. You do not have to have estimated bills and hey, the lights are on and they are cheaper than anyone else I have tried
