I been waiting on hold for 1 hour and 45 min they hang up first time second time at 82 min they hang up now i'm still holding for last 28 min.
I definitely want to leave them.

No one answer.
Music is rubish.
and they play the song over and OVERRRRRRRR
ohhhhhhhhhh come on.

Try going into their chat room as you hold, just to pass the time and have a conversation with a call centre operative on the other side of the world who has only been trained to sell additional products and not trained to understand customer needs. Initially it is frustrating after several months of banging your head against an Incompetent and ineffective brick wall it becomes laughable. This organisation sorry wrong word 'shower' are being endorsed and progressed as 21st century opportunity involved in Nuclear Power!!! God help us...
