Worst customer service I have ever encountered! After 3 normal gas bills they suddenly over-charged me by £1300. I contacted them when they first over-charged asking them to resolve the situation and stating I would pay the legitimate amount owed. But they have made no effort whatsoever to sort anything out and continued to send huge bills, often for conflicting amounts. They have ignored my communications and made no effort to resolve the situation, continuing to send bills for inconsistent amounts, and threatening letters. They have now stated they will be disconnecting my supply so I am about to start legal proceedings on them, I have informed them that I will be charging them for any further correspondence and wasted time therefore they will be paying their own bill. Oh - and not to mention that they also tried to charge me £400 or so for outstanding electricity, yet I had been on a pre-pay key the entire time of my residence! Avoid this shambles at all costs as they are clearly corrupt, immoral and should not be trading. Disgusting.

Could not agree with you more. For an unoccupied house, they have sent a quarterly gas bill of £500 and (wait for this) quarterly bill of £1441 for electricity charges. Clearly they are fraudulent and should not be trading.

This company added my daughter to my account making it a joint account without my or her permission, written or verbal consent.When I left they sent me a final bill fo zero.10 months later they sent my daughter a debt collection agencyy letter for 150 pounds.I had three times told them to take her name off the account as she was not an account holder.I put in a complaint via theri website which apparently they take very seriously.Never heard back from them.Never had my promised written apology for illegally adding my daughter to my account.Now 10 months later they send a final gas bill for 100 pounds.I have taken this to the Ombudsman.I feel like taking legal proceedings myself.Appalling company I would never go with again.
