Been with Atlantic now for 3 years having changed from Scottish Power & British Gas previous .
Ihave never had any problems with billing unlike other utility companies who have over-charged because of excessive over estimate of the amount gas and electric used by around £300-£400 .
Atlantic always always inform me of overpaymentany change to billing and have given me a free month before for being a loyal customer and refund on two ocassions when estimate had beem slighly over .
Customer service is excellent and overall happy with service .
