Persisted Until Fixed!
Could not have asked for more help - and the problem with my iCloud email resolved. Have not booked an appointment with their Lifeline thing yet - but certainly will use them in future. Thank you. actually the only annoying thing is it would seem I have to make my review longer to suit review centre.

Here's my experience: I bought an item which was marked as "in stock". I was informed Stormfront would notify me when they charge my card and that the shipment would happen within the next 3 to 7 days. Instead I was charged immediately (I naively thought this was because the item was in stock and probably ready for imminent shipment) and then I was left in limbo. When I contacted the shop two weeks later, they informed me they "await stock delivery" and that the waiting time would be "further 2 - 3 weeks". What?? I cancelled my order immediately, obtained my item from another retailer and got it the following day. Now back to Stormfront: they stated they would return my money within the next 3 to 5 days. As this has now passed, I referred this case to my credit card issuer, who will charge Stormfront back on my behalf. I shall write here and there about my recent experience with Stormfront, who call themselves "premium Apple reseller in the UK". Certainly do not recommend them from now on, which means that this was also my last affair with them. Be warned.

Why use a reseller, best to go direct to apple shop service is better. The reseller is only interested in pushing accidental damage cover, and if you go back and ask for advice after a purchase they want to charge you, avoid at all cost and deal direct with a genuine Apple shop.
Seems that Stormfront needs re educating on customer service and having better Apple Product Knowledge!!! The store in Telford is staffed by incompedent untrained people! I went into Telford store today where they have very little knowledge on Apple products our how to relate important info to customers!!! This is a shoddy outfit that is just really an Apple "Resale" shop...The association with Apple ends there so do not bother booking a repair because they totally do not know what to do or how to advise you!!! Stick with an Apple official store!

Poor Service, Personal Training - Waste Of Money
Bought the Personal Training service but you can never get a slot booked. Don't waste your money. Of the 70 slots shown each week, the manager claims 3 are released per day. That's 21 possible times to book but this is rubbish. For a year I have looked and there has never been more than 2 available slots each week. Since Dec 2016 1 slot has been available each week, if at all. These available slot will be at odd times. If you do get a slot, the guys are helpful - the manager is not.

Went into Stormfront and waited 12 minutes for service, didn't get any, is it because I'm black I wonder ???? White male walked in after me, asked almost immediately if he needed any help, white female walked in same happened again. I was a little annoyed but the drive to Readjng was nice and the experience far more professional. Stormfront your customer service is POOR. I came in your store at 13:12 on 19/9/16 feel free to view cctv, you will never be seeing me again or friends / family of mine.

Terrible Experience
Selected my products, not offered any help so just wanted to pay! Waited at least 25 mins for two guys serving selling contracts taking lengthily customer details to serve me. Finally got to my turn but the guy ran out Of store after previous customer as forgot to save details so had to wait all over. Asked to just pay was told just a minute. No apology if I didn't want the items for a present would have walked! Guy then only put through til half items on counter, only noticed after I paid. So paid again for rest. Then after asked me if I needed a 5p bag! Paid again! 3 payments for 4 items!!! If you ever want rude stuck up service and waste a lunch hour then shop here!!! Not Apple service!!!

Not An Apple Store
Stormfront is an attractive business with generally friendly and knowledge staff that clearly mimics an official Apple retail store. As a local and a loyal Apple customer, I've always enjoyed browsing and picking up odds and ends at the shop. As they have recently started carrying iPhones and Apple Watches, when it came time buy a Christmas gift for my wife, I went to Stormfront to buy the watch. They were friendly and helpful throughout the process- all very Apple like.
However, after Christmas, and having only taken it out of the box, my wife admitted she didn't want it and would never wear it. Oh well I thought, I'll be liable for the restocking fee as she opened it, but so be it.
Nope. Stormfront's policy (in small print on the receipt but not posted or communicated verbally) it that they don't take returns on any open products. None. No exceptions.
I am loyal to Apple not only because I like their products, but for their excellent customer service. I made the very poor assumption that a company that tries so hard to mimic the Apple experience would have the same commitment to customer service.
No matter what they want you to think, it's not an Apple store. Think hard about making a major purchase from them, or just make the dive to Reading and shop at the real thing.
