The Braun Oral B 3D Excel came recommended by my dental hygienist. I am pleased w/it's performance. I got the double handle set so there's always one charged. The main reason I took the time to write this review is because of the excellent service I have recieved from Braun Customer Service. I accidently damaged the handle and it took one quick call to get directions to nearest service center for free replacement. This company has won me over. Such a pleasure to deal with. It's my first electric tooth brush so can't compare it with other brands.
