Having made a mess (completely my fault)of downloading the correct version of Windows 7 as an upgrade to my computer, I finished up having and paying for 2 versions of the same operating system.
I sent an e mail to customer support on Saturday night explaining my situation , received an automated acknowledgement Saturday night and a friendly email Monday morning letting me know that the whole matter was now resolved. The result, one version installed, paid for and working correctly.
This is customer service at its best. Polite, friendly, helpful, fair and quick to respond.
Would I recommend Software4Students...absolutely.
