Completing the Food Hygiene course was all I would have hoped from an online service. It was easy to sign up and get started. I was able to read through the sections at my own pace, take a break and come back to it when I felt like it. The course material was clear and thorough - it has given me confidence that I will be able to comply when making products in my own ((yet-to-be-certified)kitchen in the near future. Thank you!
