Excellent layout allowing you to plow straight into the text and also try fast track tests for an initial assesment of areas to focus on. A good idea was also the tv style overview from the two chefs, which allowed one to put some of the hygeine regulations into context in a light hearted but thoughtful way. Both chefs came across as credible and warm and allowed another dimention to the course to be explored.
Have already recomended this course to a restaurant owner friend of mine.
