Asked if they could come around and show/talk about Thermodynamic water heating system. Two turned up and the meeting went on and on and on. Basically got talked into doing it just to get rid of them. After they left I researched what I could find out about it, and after paying the service charge every year and the electric to run it, I would only save a hundred a year on a £8,500 system. I emailed the cancellation form to them that night. Next day I had numerous phone calls, trying to talk me into having the system. Even reducing the system to half the price. A lady came to see me and tried to talk me into having it. By now I wished I'd never said yes originally. Its now 7 weeks since I cancelled and I must have called then a dozen times. Cannot get pass the switchboard girl."Sorry not allowed to put you through". I cannot get back pass this stage and still not had my money back. Ombudsman is next.
Its me again. 9 months to the day since they had £2500 out of me and still not got it back.

After having this system installed, I have had nothing but trouble. Each time they have responded quickly, but this time having no heating or hot water to be told that they are busy and I will have to wait 4 days for an engineer is not good enough. As we are now in February and the weather is extremely cold, you can imagine how cross I am, plus I am in my mid 70's.

I had this heating system installed last year and so far the customer service has been non existent. I have asked 'my rep' for help but he has now left. However, he promised to pass on my message to the company over a week ago but still I've heard nothing. I have complained constantly about the poor service but like many others I've heard nothing back. I was supposed to have someone come and check the system in November but guess what, no show. Nothing in December or January and to date still nothing. I am disgusted with the company and having read other reports I'm not the only one. One person said he contacted Trading Standards which will be my next move. If only I could have it uninstalled and get my hard earned money back. Right to Improve you are rubbish and please don't ask me to contact you because the ball is well and truly in your court now! You have my message to contact me so do you job ........... properly
You know who I am, I have constantly been in touch, had 3 cheques that have bounced and its now 24/4/18. Even written to the topman and still not had my money back. TR7 3DG
What a wonderful way to start the day. Thank you so much for sending an engineer. He arrived when he said, he explained everything so that I understood the system and how it worked. He was great, he was polite, friendly and very professional. I can't fault him. It's taken a while but I am now delighted with the service and it's such a shame that it had to come to my 'review' (which is the first I've ever written) before things were dealt with. Thank you all so much, I feel a lot happier knowing that everything is ok.
I am not prepared to waste any more time or money trying to phone you and getting nowhere. I'm sure you have a long list of people to sort out so I suggest you start doing your job and hopefully, you'll get to me at some point. I will however, contact my ex rep and get him to send you another message to ring me. Maybe this time I'll be lucky but on past performance I very much doubt it.

They quoted 12000 for new system two days later only 5000 said hi was waiting for another quote they rang off

Appalling Customer Service
If you choose to deal with this company beware! Their customer service and support is the worst I have ever had the misfortune to encounter.
If you get any problems with your installation they are nearly impossible to contact and their front line customer service keep promising a call back that never comes.
I had a degraded heating system during the coldest period of the year so far and nobody at Right2improve appeared to be at all concerned.
The "enhanced" heating system is working now after a 2 week delay in resolving the problems, but it is far from as effective as my old system and it is very noisy.
Unfortunately in my case this has been a complete waste of money and has caused me considerable stress.
What I have ended up with is certainly no improvement!
I agree with you. Sounds like the same subcontractor we have had dealings with. He is excellent. Unfortunately we still have other issues We have reached the state of sending recorded delivery letters to the company and we still get no reply.
Engineer visited yesterday and changed pump. We can now hardly hear it. The immediate problems now appear to be resolved and now it just remains to be seen whether we benefit from any energy savings.
I have still not spoken to any managers from Right2improve and still believe their customer service and support is appalling.
It has taken since 28 November to get the issues sorted out and, if it wasn't for the excellent assistance of the company's sub contractors, I get the feeling we would still be waiting for the problems to be sorted!
How do you propose I should contact you? I am not going to call your customer service number and sit in a queue for hours just to be told someone will call me back, and then not receive any call.
It has taken you a month to respond to this comment so I am not sure it is worth bothering in any case?

You Are No. 1 In The Queue!!!!!
After a very professional visit from a smart salesman the whole situation with Right 2 improve has deteriorated to the point where we have had to contact the gas safe register and trading standards.
Getting through to the company is time consuming constantly being told we are No 1 in the queue and having to wait approximately 10 minutes each time before our call is answered. All the installers and engineers are self employed therefore there is no ownership of the whole project. Various complications and breakdowns continue to mean that the boiler has not been commissioned even though it was installed nearly 6 months ago.
Communication has now completely broken down and we are left with a non working boiler with winter now approaching ... brrrh!!
We might be No 1 in the Queue, but obviously not No 1 for getting the boiler working.
Thanks for the information re letter not e mail. I used to phone but got fed up with the queuing system and no one calling back. Now do e mails very rarely getting a written response usually a phone call. But just recently e mails are not being responded to nor acknowledged. So will try writing maybe a recorded delivery as well.
Same experience here. No. 4 in the queue and took 30 minutes to move to No. 3 in the queue!
We have no hot water now for the week end and no date ooffered for an engineer to call.
When asked to speak to a manager, this is not possible one is only pointed to write a letter (yes letter, not email) to their Compliance Dept. When asked if there is no interim conversation to be had before making a formal complaint, the answer was: No.
At present having the system fitted and as it is at totally inefficient and far worse than what I had before, I being (I like to think) a reasonable guy I decided to contact the company as possibly I or one of their employees had not done something we should have.
Today it had been arranged that a plumber would be with me between 9-10 am now 12-25pm and still no sign of anyone.
I therefore decided to contact the company after many attempts I managed to talk to a receptionist who told me she would pass it to a senior who would contact me (1hr+ and I am still waiting).
I would totally agree with the other person except I am usually No 3 in the queue and after 15-20 minutes at No 3 I hang up in annoyance and try again later in the day.
Before submitting my comments decided to give the Company one last try managed to get through in just over 15 minutes (a record for me) to be told that they had changed the visit and the plumber would be with me tomorrow, when I asked why I had not been told that morning they informed me I was on the to phone list and would be informed ASAP.
As I have only paid the deposit I am seriously considering tell them to refund my deposit and take it out, And who could blame me.

Thanks to the installation of the Central Management System my house is now much warmer - the radiators heating from top to bottom - and on top of that my fuel bill has been reduced by 25%. Thanks to the Thermodynamic box I have a constant supply of hot water at very little cost. Unfortunately the box can be a little noisy at times.
Both installations were completed competently by men who were friendly and hard working.

The Magic Heating Box
I had the Magic Heating Box installed to improve the efficiency of the gas Central Heating system in my 4 bedroom detached house.To start, the system was totally flushed out and then thermostatic valves were installed on all radiators (previously only a few had them). The Magic Box was then installed using new piping to and from the boiler and using the current room thermostat the system was switched on. All this took the best part of 1 day but was neatly and expertly done. When the system had 'warmed' up there was an immediate impact from all the radiators where the heat emitted from each one was spread evenly and in accordance with its own thermostat.
I have now had the installation for over 1 year and after studying the bills for this period and making comparisons to previous years before the Magic Box, savings of 25% to 27% have been achieved.
Definitely a good investment and would recommend.

9 Months So Far So Good
I've had the thermo dynamic system installed for 9 months and can't believe what a difference it has made. Previously I had a system that was always playing up leaving me without hot water for days. I had various heating people out but none of them could fix the issues for sustained periods of time. Upon handing the thermo dynamic installed all my problems have been solved. I no longer have to worry if my water will be hot or not. From start to finish right 2 improve have acted professionally, and have always been just a phone call away if I've needed them.

Excellent service from this company. From the start to the finish of the job very friendly. Give me what I consider to be the correct info and advice. Very clean when they were installing. Too early to say what the savings will actually be. But when I test the the radiators a couple of times they did seem to Get hotter far quicker And they were Near enough the same heat top to bottom.I have given a four star at the moment but after testing through the Winter this might of the course improve.
