Having had the central heating management system installed on the 8th January I can only say as of today's date 15th February it still is not working properly. On the day of installation I was left with no heating and the engineer had left prior to my returning home at 3.30. I have since discovered the radiators were not flushed as per my agreed contract. An engineer had to return to bleed the radiators, which didn't cure the problem. Another engineer was then sent out and he discovered there was no water in the towel rail and one radiator. Since he left I now have no shower pump or Jacuzzi pump working and daily have to 're-pressurised my tank. Something I've never had to do in the past. Appointments are made and broken on a regular basis. I've now been left without a working shower for a week and just been phoned to say the engineer due to call tomorrow may or may not turn up
Really don't feel I'm receiving much of a service

Have you paid in full. We have been told we don't have to pay balance until we are 100% satisfied.
