I've had the central heating management system & thermodynamic boxes fitted & whilst sales & installation was good and the products seem to be doing what was promised, my opinion of this company is totally coloured by their incredibly rude & agreesive finance staff. Before the first system was installed they were demand payment of the "outstanding" even before is had been commissioned - not just once but several time a day for several days. I had agreed that payment of the second system would not be made until it was installed and I was satisfied it was working AND that damage to a carpet, as a result of a radiator leak in the first system, was carried ot by cleaning or replacement. A subcontracted carpet cleaner eventually arrived and carried out the work but told us another treatment may be required and it would take two hours for the carpets to be dry enough to establish if the treatment had worked.

Within 10 minutes a very rude and aggressive finance clerk demanded I pay the balance, then accused me a being deceitful & dishonest when I declined to pay until it was clear the carpet was cleaned.

If you do use this company, and their products do appear to do what they say, you should be extremely specific as to when you will pay i.e. a week after you are satisfied everything is working - the salesman will tell you this is always the way they operate. It most certainly isn't and you need ensure you specify this is the contract documents!

As an update, an inspector contacted us to review the second system and found one fault and arranged for this to be remedied. Great - tick.

Use to their rude finance staff & b) because their marketing staff keep phoning us to offer a "special" deal on the products we already have!

Despite assurances, the very next day, within an hour of each other, we received two more marketing calls offering us the products we already have, despite assurances their records would be updated.

Someone needs to get a grip in this company - no idea of end to end customer satisfaction!
