Don't go with this company, take ages to reply to several emails, only replied because I threaten to take action against them for falsely advertising. Then they rip you off saying whatever you send in most of it is rubbish and pay just a few pence for a mound of excellent quality clothes and shoes. Avoid completely rip off merchants.

Absolutely disgusting company. Sent a large bad of clothes expecting about £17 for the weight as all the clothes were in perfect condition, some of them even brand new with tags. Finally got a payment sent to my paypal of £7 and then they took it back and said it was because I hadn’t set up my PayPal account??? Getting any money for the clothes was a bonus but to actually take back the money they’d sent! I’d rather of taken them to charity, but instead I fell for their “reliable, fast payment” company website! DO NOT USE CLOTHES FOR CASH

Do not use this company as I have been waiting 2 weeks for payment, I received a email confirming receipt of my bag of very good clothes, shoes and handbags but have never received payment. Their support team is non existent as I have sent emails with no response. They say payment within 24 hours what a load of rubbish lies. I shall not be using this so called company again. I'd rather give my goods to charity. There is no telephone number so you have no means of contacting them only this email system which as I said is a waste of time.

Collected my bag, then No communication and no reply’s to any calls or emails sent. I would have preferred to give to charity, loads of nice clothes sent and felt robbed. They advertise fast service, that’s not the case!

I had to chase for a confirmation they had received my bag and that was processing. Should not take a week but a few hours once revived. I would have preferred to have weighed and be dealt with in my doorstep but not given that option. Poor communication and lack of efficiency to suit my customer reasons why I had chosen this service as I thought was rapid and professional. Which is far from. I run a small business and would not under no circumstances treat any of my clients in such a manner. Been a week no payment received so no value for money.

I packaged up a massive bag of decent clothes that I no longer needed. After months of chasing, I received an email claiming my bag had been lost (despite previous emails saying the bag is being processed)! STILL waiting for payment. Ridiculous shoddy business. Avoid like the plague.

3 and a half weeks after they collected my bag (which weighed about 25 kilos), after multiple chases for confirmation and payment, they have now said they have lost my bag. How does one lose a bag that is 2ft and wide and 3ft filled with clothes and shoes? They said they would give me £7 as they said the bag weighed 14 kilos as compensation. I do not believe that they operate lawfully, do not use their services please. I do believe the reviews below are fake.

They apparently sent me a cheque for £3.50 which was 'lost' on its way to me and they are refusing to replace it! I sent them a massive sack of clothes and I wasn't even given the £3.50 it was apparently only worth. AVOID at all costs!

Better off taking your clothes to a charity shop. Some items you get 5p a kilo.

i had a long talk with them about how the process work on the phone & i even had some brand new clothes that i had never worn with labels on that daughter had just out grown were rejected because there reason to old ?????. The whole bag of 15kg was worth 9p yes just 9p

Waited months of gathering clothes so it weighed their minimum value to be paid a measly £1.60. Said clothes where dirty - had washed all before putting in bag. Said clothes were too worn - I'm hardly going to put brand new clothes I'm am?! And I made sure none were damaged. Wished I'd used local cash4clothes or given to charity instead.

I sent a large sack to them containing good quality clean clothing many items still had labels on. After waiting a considerable time i found out that they are due to sent £6. 29 total. They showed photos stating items dirty, the photos were not even my items. sell your items on ebay, car boot or give to charity.

I sent a full sack of clothes that contained also brand new boxed desighner shoes still haven't received any money back to my PayPal I have emailed that many times . I wanted to put the money towards something for the children to play with in the garden for the summer time . I expect to recieve nothing with all the reviews I've read . They are a joke . They probley already sold on most my items and making a killing from my items and not even had a penny from them . I hope they get closed down .

I sent a full bag of clothes, no damage just clean clothes. I fill the bag to the line and was definitely sure I'd receive anything above £10....no I got £2! And they didn't even explain why,they had imagines of my clothing that they didn't grant worthy enough but when u click on them they wasn't any. So it's a complete trick because there is nothing you can do. And if anyone from clothes for cash is reading this then you are a low life!

im a single mum trying to raise a bit of extra cash, received my bag not a problem, it was picked up as arranged all 20k of good clothing, then nothing. they ignored my emails, phone calls, and i couldnt even change my password.my little boy has autisum and was looking forward to doing something special with him.Please be warned and dont use this company.
