If only I could turn the clock back! Looks beautiful and that's it.This is without a doubt the worst cooker I have ever had.Whenever I cook a roast meal no matter what I do some oil finds its way to the bottom of the cooker where the elements are and it just smokes my kitchen out every time! I have tried everything and have worked with many cookers.It's terrible also for baking results as the temperature changes are weird.The same temp. brings a totally different result each time.This is an expensive cooker and simply does NOT live up to the price.I say again DON'T BUY!!!.

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with your Lacanche range cooker. The issue you have raised in your review are not normally problems that we hear about. It may be that after a number of years of use your Lacanche range requires a service. Please feel free to contact FdeF Ltd to arrange a service call. I’m sure after a service you would notice a considerable improvement.

I cannot believe this is the response to every complaint about this poorly designed oven. I have found the customer services to be less than helpful all denying they are aware of these problems. I'm on the 3rd set of hinges in 7 years and i'm still waiting for a response from them regarding this design fault for which customers are having to pay dearly.
