total let down

My daughter started lessons with safedrive and at first things went well. After a while though the driving instructor kept turning up very late or cancelled lessons at short notice. The instructor didn't reply to messages and then after contacting safe drive we were told that she was leaving anyway. We were told that we could carry on with her until she left but if we wanted another instructor then it would be a 4 week wait. We would also need to pay an assessment fee. I wasn't happy so asked for a review of my daughters driving to be sent so that we could find a new instructor ourselves. I was told it would arrive within 1 week. After over 2 weeks it still hadn't arrived. I rang the office and was told the person I need to speak to had "popped out" for 5 min and to call back. When I called back I was told he had gone home and would ring me as soon as he got in the next day. Surprise surprise no phone call was recieved . I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I feel ripped off and totally let down by the lack of customers care and money wasted.
