Instructor from Glasgow office had to cancel our session due to his fault, but told me I will not have to loose my two hours as he will simply reschedule. When I found out I was actually charged and texted him, he said he is no longer my driver. When I called Red, they confirmed he is not my driver and that I have no drivers booked for my prepaid next day session! Appalling service.
