My daughter recently lost money to the tune of £250 by a Red endorsed driver who remains on their website. Booked and paid for lessons direct in October and is still waiting for the refund she was promised when the lessons were not fulfilled. No acknowledgement by Red of distress caused to this cash strapped student who can't afford more lessons, just weasel words about data protection. Be very wary of instructors endorsed by this franchise it seemingly means nothing.

I was sorry to hear of your problems and I hope your daughter eventually achieves her goal. RED recommend that learners do not pay instructors directly but if learners chose to do this, disputes are very difficult to resolve. RED customers can prepay for lessons via the contact centre or online and the company then pays the instructor after the lessons are actually delivered. All such payments are backed by RED's no-quibble many back guarantee for unused funds.
