An amazing day. initially my intentions where to never actually get my knee down. It was more a confidence booster really to try and gain more confidence in corners. At the start .. yes there is a little "class room" talk .about an hour .. well worth it, as it explains the reasons "why" and "how" and the myths, for a better understanding once out on the airfield. The 2 instructors we had were great (thank you guys), patient and incredibly informative .. As getting your knee down ... hell yeah ... more than once and even a fair bit of decent "sliding" as well. In short i smiled from ear to ear pretty much for the whole time i was there and achieved what i personally felt was the un achievable and also have a well and truly worn down knee slider as a souvenir ...... book the course!!!

This course was brilliant and well worth the money. The instructors provide a detailed breakdown in the classroom as to how to correctly and safely get your kneedown together with common mistakes/issues that people have when attempting it. The practical sessions are well scheduled to ensure everyone gets the maximum time on the bike and the instructors are on hand to offer advice or correct your body positioning proactively. The session is really informative and a lot of fun. I managed to get my kneedown before lunch and will definitely go on this course again to practise the technique in a safe way. I have already recommended 1 Stop to my friends and if anyone is considering the course you will not be disappointed. Will Highfield

This is a superb value for money course. Professionally run with friendly and knowledgeable instructors and a confidence inspiring system. They managed to teach in a few hours what I had been struggling to achieve for years! The course begins with classroom tuition which really explains the theory behind what you are trying to learn before progressing to the practical elements. These are taught in easy to practice segments so that you have plenty of time to master each one before you put them all together culminating in getting your knee down! I didn't think before the course that it would all come together so easily but I can fully recommend for anyone who has been trying and failing or just wants the opportunity to learn this technique in a safe environment. As a byproduct of getting my knee down at the school my whole cornering technique has improved too. Excellent course, highly recommended.

The guys were great. Looked at everything from throttle control, posture and fully body dynamics . Thanks to this, I was knees down on second attempt, and had a ton of runs throughout the day - more than enough 'bike' time. Was too tired by the end! Thanks guys for the really good instruction - been looking for that holy grail for such a long time! Only thing I didn't like was after a great day out, is them not having more courses to choose from! :) Throughly recommend this course. Good value and very experienced support and training.

The team at 1 stop who ran the knee down course were excellent. They were all very easy going and didn't make you feel pressured if you were struggling to get to grips with any of the stages. The course was broken down into logical and simple steps with excellent tuition and together with the hydraulic arms attached to the training bike made you feel safe through the course of the day. I can not recommend this course highly enough.

Amazing day in the sunshine absolutely ruining my knee sliders! Couldn't believe it was that easy, just needed the confidence which these guys give you. Prepare to be pushed to the limit though! Loved it!!

Expert tuition broken down into bite-sized pieces. We were taken through the technique required in simple, easy to follow stages with constant feedback along the way to ensure we were comfortable with each section before moving onto the next. Before I knew it that Holy Grail of kneedown had been achieved and the rest of the day was spent honing what we had been taught until it flowed more naturally. I can't praise the instructors highly enough, they really knew their stuff and anyone needing that little bit extra time or encouragement got it. Besides the kneedown, this course has also given me a boost in confidence with regards to cornering in general, I now know my bike's abilities are far greater than I gave it credit for. Well worth the money.

Attended the knee down school in Sept 14 and I would definitely recommend it to any motorcyclist! The excellent trainers go through step by step the technique required to get your knee down, all at your own pace but with great enncouragement! Everyone who attended the course had managed it by the end of the day. Teaches invaulable skills in bike control - go for it, you will not regret it!

The kneedown training is one of the best training schools I have attended. I have been riding for 35 years and cover over 12000 miles a year. I do most of my riding in Europe. For the last 3 yes I ha e got evolved in regular track days and have got.my own track bike. I have attended many track schools and have been given so much training in the art of kneedown that I was on the verge if giving up track days. Then after 1 hour of clear concise training offered by highly trained guys at the the kneedown school I not only got my kneedown but got it down at will. Fantastic. Not all of us can be a Marc marquez wannabe. But the training offered me and everybody young and old can learn the art in complete safety whilst having a throughly good day out. "What are you all waiting for. Forget the trackday to learn the art especially when you are struggling with other guys with there own agendas on track. Go to the kneedown school and come away with the confidence you can now get your kneedown and then onto the track to put it into practice. Thanks to all the guys at the kneedown school You made this.man very happy

Attended the knee down school in Sept 14 and I would highly recommend it to any motorcyclists! Excellent trainers who take you through each of the steps necessary to get your knee down at your own pace but with great encouragement. A really friendly and relaxed day, that teaches you invaluable skills in motorcycle control!

Just completed the Kneedown School, this is probably the best training session I have ever attended, and it ‘does exactly what says on the tin’. The building block training approach of breaking the technique down into manageable chunks, slowly instils confidence and before you know it you’ve ruined those bits of shiny plastic Velcro’ed to your trousers. The trainers really know their stuff and were able to identify everyone’s faults and provide a fix before progressing to the next step in the training process. Riders who needed more instruction and riding time got it and by the end of the day everyone had achieved the full kneedown experience. I was really impressed with the instructors, a very professional bunch of guys who provide a great mix of theory and practical training. They clearly know their stuff and are happy to cater for everyone’s individual training needs, plus they made the day great fun. I highly recommend this course, it's really much more than just getting your knee down, it's essentially exploring the bike's potential in a safe and controlled environment. Next on my agenda … their Wheelie School !!!

I really enjoyed taking part in the knee down course and it felt great to actually touch the Tarmac. The teaching technique was brilliant as it was broken down into Lego size pieces of learning which was built up very quickly. The instructors were friendly and very encouraging to everyone in the group. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back again and try the wheelie course.

I attended the kneedown school with a fair bit of skepticism as I have been on many track days, and have been trying to get my knee down for over 20 years. My tyres never have any "chicken strips", but for some reason I have just never been able to accomplish that touch down with my slider. My skepticism soon turned to optimism, when the instructors offered a friendly bet that more than half the class would have their kneedown before lunch. I simply couldn't believe it when not only half, but everyone but 2 people had their kneedown in the space of 2 hours, and I'm even more pleased to say that I was one of them! It didn't take long after lunch for the other 2 guys to get their kneedown, as the instructors were keen to give those guys a bit of extra tuition to bring them up to speed, and by the end of the day, we were all asking the best place to get new knee sliders from. All in all a fantastic day, and a life long ambition achieved. Well worth the money!
