We have a 10 year guarantee on work completed on 21/09/2013.Although it seemed like a decent job very soon afterwards we began to experience difficulties. On windy days of which there are many in this part of he country the wind absolutely howled through the windows.We called IGlaze and they sent someone round who suggested we should record the sound on a tape recorder. Having complied with there wishes we have been unable to get in touch again with them. Some other double glazing firm got in touch with us and said IGLAZE are out of business ???

Anyone contacting Iglaze to get a quote for windows should be advised that if pay a deposit when you place the order and then find you have to cancel the order within the cooling off period, getting your deposit back may mean having to take legal action to get it back, I have been trying for the last four weeks and can not get my money retuned being told the cheque had been sent, then it had not been sent it was made out waiting someone to sign it 10 days as gone and no cheque and no one will talk to me. My advise to anyone is don't pay a deposit until job is done. I have to agree with previous reviews they target old age and think they will give up with their claim.

My 85 year old neighbour had a visit from salesman and was quoted £1158.00 for 3 windows (glass only in externally glazed poor condtioned frames)He took deposit of £231.00. We cancelled with their form the following day and six weeks later are still awaiting refund. Each time we phone we are told the director only signs cheques on a Friday and are now pursuing the refund through the bank card company.

We've had 2 lots of glazing installed recently and been very pleased with the product and the installation.

The windows are good qualify and look good. A bit more attention to the finish would be appreciated.

Had 36 windows replaced last year no problems af all. Just had 4 replacement windows in the conservatory on installation one found to be faulty. Spoke with the office and was told a new one would be with us in 2 days, on ringing up after a week told it had not yet arrived. Rang again after another 5 days and told yes it was in and the fitter came this Friday. All the fitters did a good job and cleaned up everything and were very polite. Apart from this small blip we would highly recommend the company and give 5 stars. Will use them again as and when needed.

The fitters where clean and tidy kept me notified off the fitting date and I have noticed a difference with the new glass fitted
