N.S Glazing Ltd

We used N.S Glazing Ltd as a result of 1 recommendation to have all our windows, doors and conservatory double glazed. It is a local father and son business and initially presented themselves as a non pushy and knowledgeable business - just the kind of business we were looking for. The work by and large has been done professionally although the design of the glass in the front and the two bathrooms door wasn't what we had agreed but it wasn't a huge issue. We were happy to recommend them to our neighbours and work colleagues. Several weeks later, a couple of the panels in the conservatory started to badly leak and that's when we discovered the complete lack of after sales they offer it took countless emails, texts and phone messages before they agreed to return and 'repair' the leaks. Unfortunately the repair was VERY temporary and once again the conservatory roof is leaking in the same spot and once again the saga of trying to contact them has begun....

We have since discovered that we are not the only ones who have experienced the poor after care.
