Good products Good Fitters Shame about Salesman.

Not impressed with unwelcoming condescending titude.Maybe had a bad day or not a big enough job for a quote Just lost a loyal customer of over 20yrs!

A year ago I spent over 18.5k with this company. Very soon after fitting, the upstairs windows started to leak. It turns out that the lead flashing was inadequate and should of been replaced before fitting the windows and fascia were fitted. If we had of been informed of this prior to fitting we would of had it done. Now Leamore windows says that flashing is not their responsibility as it's a roofing job. The roofer won't touch it as it should of been done before fitting the windows. This should of been picked up on the initial survey. We now have leaky windows and know one will touch it. I'm disgusted by his handling of this and his refusal to help. My only hope now is trading standards.

The contractors they use are superb, the finished job after much heartache is good but i would not recommend them as their customer service is appalling. They do not return calls or letters, they are often rude and the owners believe that customers should not ask questions and do not need to know 100% of what happens on their property as it is too difficult for customers to understand. Be aware if you want to know what is happening, expect return calls and answers to your quesitons - don't use Leamore Windows.

I don't normally write reviews for companies, but on this occasion i'll make an exception. The service i have just received from Leamore Windows was first rate. From the initial home visit to discuss our requirements, the survey through to fitting, the service and communication has been superb. There was no hard sell - just a realistic price emailed through to me the day after the initial visit. We waited a few weeks for the windows to be manufactured, and the whole house including 2 doors, windows and a patio door have been fitted in just over 2 days. The fitters were polite, friendly, efficient - nothing was too much trouble. They tidied up as they went and have done a first class job.

All i can say is if you are considering getting double glazing - speak to these guys. I used them off the back of a recommendation and am so glad that i did.

We were naive to think our first experience with them was a one off, now we have had a second bad experience. If everything dosen't fall into place first time expect a poor attitude to customer service and you will need to do all the chasing if things go wrong as they appear to be busy dealing with other customers.I will never use them again which is a shame because I had been planning to do so.

We had a new front door and window fitted today by Leamore windows, the lads were very polite and professional, and the job they did was first class, we are over the moon by the service and product we received.The 2 lads are a credit to the company and we won't hesitate in using you in the future.Please give a massive pat on the back of the 2 lads.
