Had a survey done by this Company. All seemed positive. They then took 7 days to come back to to me with a quote - all the time while my house was insecure. I was told one quote and then another 3 times as much. A complete waste of time. Don't go near this company.

I am now 2 months over the expected finish date and still trying to get my conservatory completed and have had nothing but problems. I purchased the conservatory through First Choice Conservatories and they got K2 to manufacture it. Some of the parts were never delivered and when I called and finally got to talk to someone I was lied to over the phone by both parties involved as to what was being done. As it stands I have half a conservatory that doesn't fit correctly and no corrective action being offered at this time. All my calls are never returned. I could go into details for hours but all I will say is NEVER us either company!

from start of delivery not within 5 miles. no complete parts list,cill no joiners,panels2mm short in each panel,spacers 18mm no 16mm wallplate 2 different sizes1x110mm 1x 100mm,corner post 36mm short, eaves beam 36mm too long, wall plate 36mm too long,spar cappings 10mm too long,flashing tape 14 foot supplied for 50 foot conservatory.polycarbonate roof sheeting not square ie 740mm top 750mm bottom, no end closures supplied. incomplete instructions on fitting sequence. other than all the above a good system product but quality control totally rubbish.some good help from customer services, technical support i do not think that they have any experience at assembling thier products.
