I have found Elegant Windows Ltd to be professional in their work. I have had several new and complete double glazed energy efficient windows fitted to my property and have been entirely satisfied with the work carried out. Included was a Box Bay window fitted and completed to a high standard. Also fitted was a bespoke solid composite front door, and internally bespoke joinery french doors fitted. All work carried out by professional tradesmen to a high standard. We would have no hesitation in employing this company again.

We are absolutely delighted with our new front door. From the first visit quote, to measuring to fitting took no more that 4/5 weeks. The men fitting the door were extremely pleasant and worked solid for the few hours it took to fit. THey made little or no mess and cleaned everything up and took away the rubbish. We could not fault them.

The owner of the firm provided full and comprehensive details of the structure and materials of the door and offered his expertise in assisting us to choose the fittings etc.

Well what can I say about elegant windows, first let me begin by saying we decided to replace the front door and the back door to our house, I did a little bit of research online and found this company came out on top in five stars across the board constantly, from first contact was absolutely fantastic understanding what we needed showing the product and making sure that we understood everything, did an on-site survey straightaway and was very careful, professional and quite attentive when listening.

The price that we were quoted were in line with many of the other companies that I had gotten quotes from but the quality of product outshone the rest.

Then came the day of the fitting, they turned up already to work and that’s exactly what they did they were very careful not to inconvenience me in any way but were very appreciative of good coffee being served to them; they also made sure that any mess that was made was cleared up by them and they did that very thoroughly and efficiently even though they were taking out a very difficult door which was my front door they did it well and very happy in what they were doing and very confident.

I could not be any happier with what they have done and even the follow-up service was quick efficient and didn’t impact my day.

I would recommend this company to absolutely anybody.

I had 10 windows and 3 doors fitted problem free from start to finish the 2 fitters where excellent very clean and tidy and very pleasant CHIS a very nice and fair person to deal with I would highly recommend this firm to anyone the front door design is amazing 

I had ten windows and three doors fitted, front door was designed and is amazing. All fitted problem free from start to finish. Both fitters were extremely professional, their work was clean. He was very professional and fair person to deal with. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone. 

We recently had three windows and a composite door installed by elegant windows, we chose the anthracite grey which we are more than happy with.

The quality is of a very high standard at a reasonable price, we have noticed a great improvement in sound reduction.

I generally, as a personal rule, never deal with contractors regarding home improvements unless they are recommended by somebody I trust and I have seen an example of their work. And that is exactly how I came to invite Elegant Windows Ltd to give me a quote after my wife and I admired the quality of a friends new front door. The planning was made simple by the assistance/options/ideas thrown in by the owner of the business with a refreshing disclosure of prices at a very early stage. Once we agreed our requirements we were kept well informed at all times on timescales, procedures and all this was backed up by hands on supervision throughout.

Every effort was taken to protect our property and the emphasis was always on cleaning up the site and our satisfaction with the product [New conservatory, Horsebox style rear door, large fold back doors and a window]. The staff/fitters were superb and I will have no hesitation in inviting Elegant Windows Ltd back in the future or recommending them to others.
