We now have not only a secure, leak free conservatory but one transformed into a room we can use year round. We are very happy with the advice we received, the project plan and the adjustments made when challenges of our space became clear. Each member of the team was friendly, skilful and professional. The ethos of a well run family business shone through.

Awful, simply awful experience. Horrendous. Late delivery (months late), so had to spend hundreds of pounds fixing the old door (this on top of the thousands of pounds the new front was costing us) which I therefore withheld from the final amount to be paid. The owner tried to BLACKMAIL me into paying by refusing to comply with the Building Regulations (and when I pointed it out, he accepted he was breaching the Regs, but carried on with breaching them anyway - all in order to try and blackmail me into paying) and threatened me with his (non-existent) legal team. I made him an offer to settle (basically, to get lost) which he rejected. He never had a legal leg to stand on, but undeterred, he (not his 'legal team') decided to issue a claim against me in a small claims court, and months later, after going through the hassle of filing a defense statement, a witness statement and evidence, justice prevailed, and the court struck out his claim. Piece of advice for you, Suing a customer for a few hundred quid is a pretty rogue move, especially when you're in the wrong and lose. If it doesn't damage your reputation, I don't know what does. Oh, and next time, maybe take the advice of your 'legal team'? So long and thanks for all the fish

Concept installers were very professional, knowledgable and clean when carrying out our install of every window in our semi detached house. The price was fantastic compared to other companies in the area. I would 100% recommend Concept to do your install. Unexpected problems with our bay windows caused us some concern at the beginning of the installation. However the difficulties were handled in a skilled, professional manner and, although there were some ‘snagging’ issues which took a little longer than we would of liked to resolve, we are happy with the end result. All the staff at Concept from sales, servicing and of course the installers, we found to be friendly, polite and helpful. We are happy to recommend Concept to any future customers

CONCEPT recently carried out the installation of new windows, front door and replacement conservatory widows and roof. From the day we walked into the showroom we were informed of all the many aspects we were trying to undertake. We were given plenty of time to digest the written information before we made our decision. Good sales team. The surveyors were excellent, making sure that we were aware of the work that had to be carried out to achieve our aims. The work was carried out by three different teams- each of which appeared to specialise in the task they were undertaking. Every team was excellent. They arrived at the appointed day and time, and worked diligently throughout the day. Every team were very clean workers, with NO mess being made of our decoration. In addition, the office staff were great, informing us in plenty of time of any agreed arrangements that could be changed. However, it should be stated that this was only to our betterment - they were able to complete the work earlier. A first class job, and we would have no hesitation in recommending CONCEPT when ever we are able to. Well done, and many thanks.

Had my conservatory rebuilt and a new street door fitted and cant fault any part of the products or fitting service The quality of the windows and doors are excellent and the workmanship by the fitters exceptional The fitters are very polite and careful with my property and nothing was to much trouble Every day before they left every thing was put away and cleaned up and at the end of the job i didn't have any mess at all and all the rubbish was cleared away The company is not the cheapest but worth every penny and i will requmend them to any body From ordering to finished product excellent service

Dont be fooled by the good reviews as they are recent.. said customer's will no doubt have issues in a few years and they'll be fobbed off just like they have me. Anyhow...Had problems since instalation in 2015 with 2 windows/all doors and it is still ongoin....there is a long list of problems that arose since first installed, bearing in mind I paid 12.500. He refuses to accept any liability for his installers/service engineer. After multiple letters and emails that he doesn't even bother reading properly he would prefer to paper over the cracks than address any of the instalation/service the company provides. Just recently I bought to their attention a moving window frame and he refused to send out anyone to come look and stated in emails that he doesn't believe that the frame is moving, he only addressed this after video proof was sent however didn't look at any of the pics I sent of the door, and on further emails totally ignored my concerns. Now Ive had a man out several times to address multiple issues since installation however my front door is STILL ONGOING after 5 years and several attempts. His previous attempts has resulted in split frame and expansion foam stains due to incorrect fitting at start. They refuse to fix door unless I pay AGAIN for MORE remedial work. Due to the amount of times he's already attempted to fix the SAME issue it is unfair to expect me to pay anymore, the service they provide is of poor quality as their service engineer caused more damage. All they care about is getting more money out of you for remedial works on their poor workmanship.

I am absolutely delighted with the new roof put on my conservatory by Concept. Brilliant and friendly tradesmen who worked unobtrusively and to the highest standards. Very clean, left everything tidy. I love the new lighting and am amazed at how warm the conservatory now is. I would recommend Concept to anyone.

We had our windows and doors replaced with Concept and we’re delighted with them. There was a good choice of products, we were given friendly advice with no sales pressure, and the windows and doors are fantastic. Really good quality and the fitters did a brilliant job and were so polite and helpful. We’ve noticed the difference in warmth and noise levels already. Definitely recommended.

Everything went well apart from the delay caused by covid19. The price was competitive, the communication was good, everything was clear and the guys that did the fitting were very good. There was less disruption than we expected.
