Just rang Bristol Bifold to see if they would come and refit a sunflex window which has been poorly fitted by another supplier. Without enquiring about the project they told me they were just too busy. Honest I suppose but not great customer service.

Excellent quality -you get what you pay for. The DIY store doors are poor quality in comparison to these. You don't appreciate that until you visit the BB showroom, look at the seals, ironmongery, action etc. BB are far superior.

Company fitters turn up on time, company provides regular email updates on order progress.

Used them following a recommendation from a relative who also had the bi fold doors fitted.

Almost finished my single storey extension and everyone who has seen it has commented primarily on our beautiful bi fold doors. Found a local company who specialise in aluminium doors as I didn't want to annually paint wooden ones and have had doors before that shrink. Was ignorant when wife initially suggested to look at aluminium but these are no 1980's style doors. They are absolutely amazing! More than that though, the staff were really helpful on the phone, no hard sell and the technical dept were really helpful when explaining the set up as I was in the middle of building the aperture. I spoke to the MD, who was a really good guy!

Couldn't find any fault from start to finish. Would recommend you don't fit yourself as the guys they use were also VERY good. Web site on top of this review, you cannot go wrong!

My wife first spotted Bi-Fold doors in a glossy magazine at the hairdressers, so I started looking around for some for our new extension. The early quotes I received were ridiculous, until I found Bristol Bi-Fold.

The quality seemed to be and is equal to the best I saw and better than most and the price was very reasonable. The guys were a pleasure to deal with and fitted in easily with my builders’ varying timescale for the fitting.

We are extremely pleased with the doors and they are brilliant when folded right back. The effect is stunning. We have already recommended Bristol Bi-Fold to numbers of our friends and will continue to do so.
