Excellent service & product

I visited my local value doors showroom and I was provided with a comprehensive explanation of the types if door available. I also viewed actual doors and on line replica doors. The gentleman who assisted me provided me with excellent advice in a courteous manner and in no way pressurised my decision.
Once I had chosen my door he talked me through the instalation and mechanism of that particular door and we agreed a mutually convenient time for the instalation of my door.
He arrived as agreed and installed the door to an exceptionally high standard, tidying up as he carried out the instalation. Once completed he talked me through the locking and opening of my door.
I did struggle with the key opening as it requires some force and I have arthritis in my hand but he advised me of ways to mmake this easier. Before leaving he cleaned the door and provided me with details regarding the registration of my instalation and the safe keeping of my key.
Overall a superb experience.
