Cat flap!

Safestyle installed two doors for myself which I love! I paid the cost in full. The fitter was efficient but when I asked about the cat flap being fitted he told me it was not on his work sheet and he didn't have the necessary tool with him. This was on all the papers I had! This resulted in myself having to make endless phone calls to the office, text messages to my rep and e-mails which cost me a fortune! This problem lasted for six and a half weeks!! In the end I threatened to get another window company to install the cat flap and send Safestyle the bill, it was done the next day!It took the same fitter 14 minutes and he only lived 12 miles away from me so could have done this job anytime! I consider the office staff to be very incompetent and there was no need for all the stress this caused myself. The lack of communication between the department's was unbelievable! Even though I am happy with my doors I will never use Safestyle again or recommend to anyone I know.
