“NO POST JOB BACK UP”

PINNACLE RAMSGATE. NEW DRIVE SEPT 2015 Drive looks fine though contract was subbed out and nothing said during presentation. After completion no payment or guarantee form received. Pavement left in bit of mess & road gouged. Four phone calls + two letters to MD, received invoice, told guarantee forms would be proofed and printed then I would get would get one. Nothing said about exterior. No reply from MD after 2 weeks.

Wish I had read this review before asking them to install a patio ,order placed
July 2019 arranged to be carried out midOctober .Still not started in Feb 2020.Cancelled contract asked for return of deposit £900,confirmed after calls they would return deposit.
Now after 4 weeks plus letters and e- mails phone calls ,visits to their office,which was locked up,still waiting .Now contemplating Court action.

Energy Optimiser, solar panels, and heat management controls fitted. Great improvement. Electricity and gas bills dropping dramatically. Will make a great improvement with the onset of winter. Everything was done as said by the company and therefore would recommend. Martin, Sittingbourne

John me101jj i had the central heating system installed about 3 months ago and I have found it very easy to operate and is working as promised heating my home at 60% instead of the 75% also because it works more effiecently it is on less saving me alot of money for now and always I would also let any body by arrangement with the company to come and see it all working well done the fitters and James for the continual support

“heating management”

we had a new management system put into our home and we found that all our rads now are totally hot and the boiler is now set at 60 degrees so there for cutting the amount of gas we use it has also made our much more cosy than it was the chap who installed where great and he explain how to work everything I would highly recommend this firm
