I have recently purchased a stunning coloured conservatory which was designed, manufactured, painted and fitted by Philip Whear Windows & Conservatories. I cannot praise them enough for their communication and attention to detail (as I am not the easiest person to please!!) I visited the showrooms in Pool Redruth where I was met with smiles and an attentive service which in this day and age is very rare! The conversation I had was in plain English and NO heavy sales pitch. It was arranged that one of the sales team would visit me at home to plan and measure for my new dream conservatory. The service I received all through the build right through to completion was second to none and all plans were explained to me as many times as needed to ensure I got exactly the finish I wanted. I had decided to go for coloured uPVC and take advantage of the paint system Philip Whear has which can create just about any colour you can dream of, as far as I know it is the only system of its kind in the county. The result was stunning!! For only a little more money than the other companies I chose to be quoted by I feel I made the right decision as the finished result is noticeably superior to conservatories bought by friends from other companies. I would not hesitate to recommend Philip Whear Windows & Conservatories as I feel they provide an excellent service and quality products. To top it all they manufacture themselves right here in Cornwall....

I used this company to replace the windows and doors in my holiday property in West Cornwall. I visited their showroom in Pool and found their staff to be very helpful and efficient, showing me around their factory where they make their product. I arranged an appointment to view the property with one of their sales people who was a very kind gentleman, there was no pressure selling or discounting with permission from the manager over the phone. I recieved the quote at my home address as requested a few days later, and while a bit more than other local companies I had been impressed with the product and the fact that they didnt buy it in, the fact that they have been trading for nearly 30 years and the service I had recieved so far. I decided to go ahead and had good communitcation throughout, they kept me informed and arranged a suitable installation date for when I was next down. The fitters were excellent, very tidy and polite and did a great job. I am only giving them 4 stars because their product was a bit more expensive, but I think it is worth paying for.
