We had most of our Windows replaced when we moved house of which they have been back to repair. We had a composite door fitted phoned them for a repair which they came out to do then had to phone them again day before New year's eve 2015 they said they had changed systems had no proof of us buying a door only Windows they were going to check and said they would phone me back I'm still waiting for the return phone call. Customer service is shocking they take your money and sod you after word of mouth is the key to a good business and I wouldn't recommend these bunch of idiots to anyone.
