Needed Secondary glazing on an old property next to a busy road. Not all glazing companies do Secondary so ended up with Everest. £1200. Six months later I'm still waiting for the installation to happen. Constant cancelling of appointments. They won't let me out of the contract despite their failure to complete. Ombudsman only way and another six months of my time. Thinking of of writing off whole amount and getting new company(smaller and local) to do the job. At least I will have more peace and I won't have the inevitable host of ongoing problems I will get with Everest. It's on the cards.
NEVER USE EVEREST.
