without doing much research, we bought a set of windows from this company 'Duster House' and have almost all of them sitting in the storage. The windows are of the worst quality and just look UGLY.
Their customer support team can only be contacted by email, and they pretty much respond when they want to.
Having waited nearly 3weeks for delivery, some of the glasses were shattered, then we waited another 4 weeks for replacements. Decided we didn't want the windows anymore as we got a local company to do a better set for much less money, they simply ignored all forms of contact. We're getting in touch with watchdog and filling a case with a claims court.
Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
