1. The salesman was not as we would have wished and despite, on three separate occasion,s begging for no "we have a special offer that MUST be taken now or it is lost" we still got that.
2. The job was done well, quite neatly, and cleanly (but it did take more than the half day advised but we are not complaining)
3. The fitter was pleasant and gave the feeling he really knew what he was doing (which often makes the actual fitting process less fraught)
4. The door seems fine and as good as any more expensive doors.
5. The price we ended up paying was in our view fair.
