Very prompt to send the Sales Manager and Surveyor to give a price, recommendation of design best suited to me personally. Also on styles and show range of products. Installation date and time arranged to suit the customer. I didn't need any sales talk as I already knew the product and it's quality both in manufacture and guarantee from a previous installation. I didn't seek quotes from any other company as I trust Crystal implicitly.

The installation engineer was neat and tidy in his work. Very friendly, chatty and professional and hard working on an extremely cold and quite windy day.

Crystal has an excellent Customer Services Department and everyone there is quick to act and make referrals to relevant departments.

The Telesales Teams are well-trained in the product and the company and have a professional and friendly manner and approach to their customers.

My only criticism is that other double glazing companies have different styles. I.e. for large windows, the frames look exactly the same and uniform. From the outside no one can differentiate between an opening and a non-opening window. This could be incorporated by Crystal and included as an extra security feature to deter potential house-breakers from directly using a window which obviously opens.
