Coral CL3 Windows - great purchase

Following the offer of a great discount up to 50% off the Coral CL 3 double glazed windows for January 2018, we asked for an estimate. The friendly office staff, subsequent sales process with no pressure and pleasant home visit led to us ordering more windows than we first envisaged; the price and timescales being so good.

The installation Inspector quickly followed up with an efficient site visit to specify all the windows also offering some useful advice about styles & colours and how the upper windows would be installed over the conservatory.

The first installation team of three came a few days later and were very polite, efficient and did a marvellous job of clearing up after themselves leaving everywhere spotless. However, the one complaint if I have one is that, as their supervisor said on arrival - the whole job should have been allocated two days not the one, so we had to wait another day for yet another team to finish off the kitchen and study windows. The Supervisory did try to get another team to call in and help them but no one was available at that short notice! The second day's team were as friendly and efficient in the installation but did unfortunately miss some mess that we had to clear up afterwards.

Overall had the work been correctly scheduled and actually delivered in the one day we were advised it would take, I feel that we may well have given Coral 5 stars. We would certainly recommend them to other people, a very good local company.
