When the lock on our front door broke, we decided to buy a new door. We contacted CRSmith as we had had windows done before and a conservatory replaced this year. The door we had was of a steel frame type, which was very cold in the winter and a letter box that didn't shut properly letting in the draught. When the salesman came with brochures to look at with the many doors available and sample structures to choose from, we felt that we were getting a product that was to our requirements, with no pushy sales techniques. The door was fitted on the date we requested and the joiners were punctual, very pleasant, hard working, and they cleaned up after themselves. Since the new door has been fitted, we have noticed a marked difference to the previous draught problem. Our hallway is now draughproof, and the door itself is lovely to look at and closes so quietly.
