The windows and doors are excellent quality. The fitters are neat and tidy. There is no hard sell, they will quote a final price although it is worth asking about any special offers they may have. We had triple glazing for the cost of double. All their products are guaranteed for 10 years including misting of windows, most others suppliers only do five years. They will not quibble if you call them back, the response is immediate.
We had an issue when the scaffolders damaged our garage door which they denied. Britelite took over and paid for the repair and I guess are pursuing the scaffolders themselves.
They can be slightly dearer than other companies but well worth it for great service and peace of mind.
