Our installation was in November 2016 and 12 months later we are still awaiting the fitment of 3 replacement windows and a double glazed unit. Today was Anglian's 7th attempt to sort out this problem (still un-resolved!). All 7 visits were different fitting teams and we are on our 3rd installation manager. The windows look beautiful but the openers are so poorly fitted that our triple glazing is noisier and draughtier than the 14 year old double glazing it replaced. Their factory in Norwich is a total joke sending out wrong sized windows 6 times. We rue the day we ever chose this company for our windows and can only advise people 'DO NOT USE THEM'.
