Makes me laugh that I wrote a review with no swearing in at all and it wouldn't let me submit as something I had wrote was banned! Clearly don't want to hear the truth of how I found Anglia when purchasing a front door and french doors for the porch!

The sales rep, who came to the home, after the second visit and signing for the products, had a verbal altercation with my neighbours after he parked partly across their drive lasting several minutes. He didn't apologise to me or my neighbours.

The fitting was booked and the evening before I was told that the products hadn't arrived so it wouldn't be fitted so would be another week. I had to take time off for both of these dates with no apology.

The people who fitted the doors did not know how to fit and set up the keyless lock we had for the front door and had to call someone else to do it. They did not bring all the fobs that were ordered so had to wait in the following day for someone to come.
When the other fobs came it took a couple of hours for the fitters to set up all fobs and didn't know how to set up the app so told me I would have to wait until after the weekend to see about the app.
That night the mechanism or something on the keyless door stopped working at some point overnight. There was no electrics working and had brought a new battery and still didn't work. We spoke to the online team and they said that they couldn't do much and we could pay for a Yale locksmith to come and fix it and then ask Anglian to repay it or have a normal lock as no one on duty had an keyless lock with them as it was the weekend. We asked for someone to come out and fit a normal lock as we didn't trust the electric lock any more. The lock that we requested that locks when you pull the door shut wouldn't fit into the holes in the door, so they had to put another lock in. The following day (taking more time off work) someone came to fit the other key lock but hadn't brought the amount of keys we wanted. We ordered the keyless lock with 6 fobs and the ability to have more people to have access via the app - a really great idea. However, we were told that the other keys we would have to purchase ourselves.
Messages were left on several of the managers answers phone. When the financial team rang to request a new form to be completed due to not having the lock on, I asked to speak to the manager about the problems and he said it was a different department but would email them to contact me in regards to my complaints.
I have still not received any contact back.

The quality of the doors are great, however the customer service completely lets the company down. I have not received an apology from a manager and their has been no offer of goodwill for what has happened.
