We were expecting installation on the monday, however received a phone call the previous thursday to say they were suffering sickness and would be attending 9 am on the tuesday at 9am. On the tuesday got a phone call at 8.50 am to say they had a vehicle breakdown.The fitters tuned up at 1.30 pm to say they could only stay one and a half hours as the fitter had to pick up his son from school, i was not happy and felt the service was far less than i expected. The fitter got in touch with his boss and they all agreed i had been treated pretty shabby . To try and make up on the wednesday they sent in two teams and completed the installation that day. To fair they dis a very good and professional job. Would i use Anglian again, i am not sure they are not the cheapest and seemed more keen to tie you into a hire purchase agreement which i did not want .
