They advise and quote and give time for you to decide, without pressure, on this very major and costly work. They have completely enhanced our property with the quality of finish. (I know this because, at the time, our neighbours' never stopped asking the name of the company replacing the windows and said "they look fantastic!" and "they are quality aren't they!"). They were a pleasure to consult with. The advice given on vents in the windows has been so beneficial regarding my health that I can't thank them enough for taking the time to explain it to me in the planning stages. All members of staff from all departments were curtious and only concerned in ensuring we were happy with the work being carried out. Any problems were discussed with us and resolved together so we were kept informed and involved with the whole process. Any snagging has been followed up until completely satisfied by both them and us as their customers. Their after sales attitude therefore is superb!
