Wonderful place to stay

Stayed here for first time in some of the wetest conditions we have camped in,we had two days and nights of non-stop rain. On checking in it was quick and easy and we were given a voucher for a free bottle of wine or two pints of the local ale in a choice of six quite local pubs, we tried 3 of these and can thorougly recommend them.
We were shown to our pitch by a very friendly member of staff and shown the nearest water supply, shower and toilet blocks and shown alternatives if these were busy. The little shop they have on site sells all the basics and has fresh laid eggs from their own chickens. We spoke to several people who were back for return visits and must say we hope to be going back quite soon.
The site is quite level and quiet you do get a bit of noise from the road but it is not obtrusive in any way, we were downthe bottom of the site and spent quite a lot of time just sitting looking out it is a lovely location.
