I purchased a Dyson Fan which I took home & never used as I went away on holiday. When I returned I decided to return the item having the receipt & still within my 21days change of mind.
At the till the assistant asked me if there was anything wrong with the fan, I said no. She walked off came back & said sorry we can't do anything as the box is damaged. (a small 1" crease in a large 2ft box). I asked to speak to the Manager, he said sorry I couldn't resell the item in a damage box. I was then put on the phone to head office who seemed as shocked as myself but apparently it is the Store Managers ultimate decision. Clearly his response was no.
I then went to another store, same process & couldn't have had a nicer Store Manager, he fully refunded after checking the item was still in perfect order.
The Store Manager at Harlow needs to take a look at his behavior & assess situations in a better manner.
NEVER SHOP IN HARLOW STORE AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!
