Canon camera stopped working so took in to the Currys store I purchased it from 3 months previously. They sent it away. After 5 weeks I had heard nothing so tried to phone them. No details available on the 'Knowhow' tracking service. Phoned their sales channel (only way to get through to a person) and he mailed the store to contact me. They said I had dropped the camera which I had not. Their word against mine and I have no leg to stand on. I need a new laptop - it won't be from Currys (or anything else ever again!)
